WHEN ROGUES FALL OUT. CONTRABAND ABOARD CREEK CHIP. United Piiess Association. (Received 9.20 a.in.) Paris. August 4. In consequence of a dispute between the sailors and captain of a Greek vessel, over the division ol the profits arising from contra band, the sailors reported to the authorities that they had contraband aboard for a German submarine. The vessel was searched, and 30 tons of oil wa s discovered. The ship was stopped and the captain arrested.
