TURKO-BULCARIAN AGREEMENT

Le Matin states that the AustroGermau attempts to arrange a TurkoBulgariau agreement have proved unsuccessful. Le Petit Parisieu had an interview with M. Radoslavoff, who denied that Bulgaria is ready to march on the side of Austro-Germany. The Turk-
ish negotiations are merely a simple discussion in respect to the railway from Dedeagatch to Mustapha Pasha. Bulgaria would not alawys he neutral; ho could not say with whom she would side, hut the weight was solely in tin 1 direction of her national interests. The Quadruple Entente could obtain Bulgaria’s assistance if they secured from Servia the restitution of that part of Macedonia which is Bulgaria’s. GERMANY V. SERVIA. Rome, July 111.
