TREATY WITH THE ALLIES. SATISFACTORY NEGOTIATIONS. United Press Association. (Received 10.40 a.in.) London, July JO. Reuter’s Paris correspondent says that negotiations regarding Roumania’s entry into the war on the Allies’ side is proceeding satisfactorily. A treaty has been prepared, and waits the signature of only one belligerent. Tbo Treaty provides that Roumania shall intervene within two months of the conclusion of the Treaty. Meanwhile, there will be the strictest examination of goods going to Turkey, anad Roumania has asked the Allies to lend her expert customs examiners.
