AUSTRALIAN WOOL SALES. Unitku Press Association. (Received 9.JM a.m.) Sydney, July 29. At the final wool sales of the season, the prices were equivalent to late rates. The new season’s sales open on 11th September. | Melbourne. July 29. j At the wool sales there was a big attendance, and competition for all the better classes on Continental and American account was 110.011 at five to seven and a-half per cent, increase, on June rates. Burry, faulty, and neglected were not improved. NEWTON KING’S HAYMARKET REPORT. At my Haymarket sale on Saturday last, pigs were yarded in fair numbers and prices on the whole showed an inicrease of from 2s to 5s per head com--1 pared with those ruling at my previous sale. 1 fpioto as follows:—Weapons’lls to 15s, medium ditto 16s to ] 7s' 6d, good dittq IBs to £l. small stores 21s to 235, medium ditto 24s to 28s, good ditto 30s to 33s 6d, breeding sows £4 15s to £5.
