VOLUNTEER SISTERHOOD.

AN APPEAL FOR FUNDS. Peh Press 'Association. Wellington. July 20. The secretary of the New Zealand Volunteer Sisterhood, hi Christchurch. has issued an appeal'to the public to assist them with funds. She points out that the women of New Zealand are giving themselves for a year or more to help the wounded and disabled men, and some thirty or forty have now been called to work in local military hospitals. She appeals for help to enable them to do their duty to the sick and wounded.
