SUBMARINE VICTIMS. AMERICAN STEAMER SUNK. United Puess Association. (Received 10.40 a.m.) London, July 20. A submarine sank the American steamer Leelanau', bound from Archangel to Belfast with a cargo of flax. The crew landed at Kirkwall. The British steamer Grange Wood, from Archangel to Ha»':.>, was sunk in the North Sea. The crow was saved. RUSSIA'S BLACK SEA FLEET. (Received 9.5 a.m.) I'etrograd, July 26. Russia's first Black Sea dreadnought has been put into commission.
