Kolnische Zeitung, in an article on Britain's new army, pays high tributes to Lord Kitchener's organisation talent. Even German envy must admit, it says, that the performance is of the 'first rank. Although the new army isi composed largely of inferior elements, it will soon become valuable and it would be the greatest mistake for Germany to underestimate tins army. SERVICE AT ST. PAULS. Chaplains headed the march of 3500 London Territorials from Trafalgar Square to St. (Paul's. The Bishop conducted an open-air service from the stops.
