The N.Z. Loan and .Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., have received the following cablegram from their London house under date 21st inst:—“Best Merino crossbred unchanged; other descriptions irregular, weaker.” Exports of New Zealand products during the week ended July 20 were as follows:—Butter £23.785, cheese £12,000, frozen lamb £70,709, frozen mutton £50,010, frozen beef, etc., £10,791, grain and pulse £0223, hides and skins £29,75!, flax and tow |£7919. tallow £27,201, timber £12.j 791, wool £50.53f1. The total value ol exports for the quarter ended June 1 30 was £0,555,105, compared with |.£7,742,523 in the corresponding quarter of last year. I Mr J. B. lin'd, of Elleislie, Oamaru, who is now in England, has purchased seven Southdown rams, chiefly from his Majesty’s stock, including the first prize-winner at the Itoyal Show,
