IN THE SEA OF MARMORA. United Press Association. Sofia,July 19. Constantinople advices state that a British submarine sank the steamer Besgas on the Asiatic side of the sen jof Marmora ; also two lighters and a steamer which were unloading in Tfardar Pasha Harbour.

A torpedo missed a steamer loading at the Tophaneli quay and damaged two hundred yards of wharfing.
