REPORTS FROM TURKEY. The , High Commissioner reports; London, July IB (4,40 p.m.) An unofficial message from Athens states that fighting is proceeding at Gallipoli without definite results. It is reported from Sofia that the Turks have stopped railway communication between Turkey and Bulgatm.
