In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested-in it in that behalf by Section 119 of “The Counties Act, 1908,” and its amendments, the Stratford County Council hereby resolves as# follows: That, for the purpose of defraying the cost of renewing in ferro-concrete the Stanley Road Bridge over the Ahuroa Stream, the Stratford County Council hereby makes and levies a scp- , a rate rate of fifteen-sixteenths of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Stanley Road East Separate Rating District, comprising sections 15, i. 8. 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, of Block XL, section 22 of Block X!!., and sections 23 and 21. of Block XV., Huiroa Survey District, such rate to bo for the year ending 31st March, 1916, and to be payable in one sum on the 21th day of July,, 1915. at the County Office, Stratford.
