BULLYING ROUMANIA,
AUSTRIAN THREAT TO CLOSE THE FRONTIER.

The Daily News’ Home correspondent states tliat in further bullying Houmania, Austria threatens to close the frontier unless the restrictions on Aiistro-German exports destined for Turkey are removed. Houmania replies that only contraband Ims been stopped. ILLNESS OF KING OF GREECE. I Paris, dulv 16.
An Athens telegram states that King Constantine’s health is causing anxiety. Ho has cancelled bis engagements. including the visit in August from the Kings of Bulgaria and Ron- ’ mania.
