NEW RUSSIAN ATTACK

REPORTS OF SANGUINARY FIGHTING.

United Press Association. (Received 9.25 a.m.) , Paris, July 15. Advices from Czernowitz state 1 that the Russians are making a now attac on the Bessarabian frontier and that sanguinary lighting is progressing.
