Mr Taylor" T. Harrison, a Director of .New Zealand Home Builders, Ltd., Avhen/seen at, tl'ie County Hotel, expressed great satisfaction as to the progress made by the Company. Mr Harrison stated that applications for 'thirty-two homes were accepted in one district last week, and that the whole staff were kept going full speed to take care of, the new business offering. Mr Harrison also stated that the capital was coming in very .satisfactorily, as the rise in price to 25s which takes place on the'26th of this month, is causing the present shareholders to increase their holdings and 'lmngiufr in' a large number of new ohHr who''wish to take advantage of difPrise j n pnep. Tlie dividend of 10 per cent., declared for the past quarter and payable on the' .20t1i of this month' also shows the wonderful possibilities of this progressive organisation, and 'Mi- Harrison stated that he 'believed that these dividends would continue jto increase as the'rapid growth'of the Company would warrant it.
