There arel ten Victoria including Belcherßarter, Ridgley and .Keyworth. The crowd .outside cheered wildly and sought to ijhake their hands, and the police finally rescued the embarrassed heroes. There was a similar demonstration with Bluejackets who received Distinguished Service Medals. The Czar conferred Crosses of Saint George jon the officers and crew >f the British, submarine which sank he warships in the Baltic.
