Tn pursuance and exercise of the bowers vested in it in that l>elinlf by Section 119 of "The Counties Act, 1908, and its amendments, the Stratford County Council hereby resolves as follows: That, for the purpose of defraying the cost of renewing in ferroconcrete the Stanley Road Bridge over the Ahurba Stream, the Stratford County Council hereby makes and levies a separate rate of fifteen-sixteenth's of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Stanley Road East Separate Rating District, comprising sections .'5, 4,8, 10, 11. 12, 13, 15, IG, 17, of Block XT., section 22 of Block XII., an<3 sections 23 and 24, of Block XV., Huiroa Survey District, such rate to be for the year ending 31st March, 1916, and to be payable in one sum on the 24th day of July., 1915, at the County Office, Stratford.
