THE MAHENO’S CHAPLAIN. Pkr Pui.ss Association. Invercargill, July 7. Taking advantage of the appointment as chaplain of the Maheno of ■Chaplain-Major Dutton, who has a wide circle of friends and acquaintances in Otaffo.and Southland, the Southland Patriotic Committee voted £2OO to be- expended in assisting wounded Southlanders who come under Chaplain Dutton’s notice. The Otago Patriotic Committee voted £l5O to he expended by Chaplain Dutton in assisting Otago wounded men.
