Each of these medical officers will be furnished with a medical orderly and a sub-dispenser, and will have two marquees, one of which will be used as a waiting room and the other for the examination of patients and so forth. Sick parades will be held in the camp daily at 7 a.m. and 4.1 d p.m., and, in addition to these, every unit in camp will be inspectedby its military and medical officers at 8. Id ml 1.15 p.m., to pick out any men sick who may not have reported their condition. Under this system, which should be in full working order by tomorrow, it is hoped that all cases will be promptly and adequately dealt with. The permanent medical officers so appointed will be in addition to the camp principal medical officer and the medical officers in charge of the various officers. A permanent sanitary officer with special experience has also been appointed to superintend the sanitation of the camp. He will be charged with this duty solely, and will make regular inspections at various times of tho tlav.
