A fatal accident occurred at Cobden Quarry at 4.45 this afternoon, by which a married man. named John McKyle, "stf, residiiigVat Runaiiga, lost -bis life. Defeased wis shovelling at -the loot of the face' of the quarry. when a largo rock fell, striking him on his head, and killing him instantly.
