FIRE.
Peh Press Association. Pahiatua, Judo 30. Shortly before six to-night, a iire was discovered in Messrs Joyes Bros.' Dion's outfitters, shop, Main Street. The premises wore gutted. The stock was insured for over £SOO. but Joyes estimate their loss at a good amount. The adjoining tea rooms, kept by Misses Harris, were affected by smoke and water. There is a small insurance on the stock. Both buildings were owned by Staples and Co.
