THE SUBMARINE MENACE.
AN AGREEMENT ARRIVED AT.
[United Press Association.] (Received 9.30 a.m.) Washington. June 29. The United States has agreed to notify the German Admiralty through Ambassador Gerard, of the position of American vessels in the Atlantic in order to enable German submarine commanders to refrain from torpedoing them.
