STRATFORD COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE is hereby given of the institution of a Special Order. In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that Behalf by Section 119 of "The Counties Act, 1908," and its amendments, the Stratford County Council hereby resolves as follows: That, for the purpose of defraying the cost of renewing in ferro-conerete the Stanley Road Bridge over the Ahuroa Stream, the Stratford County Council hereby makes and levies a separate rate of fifteen-sixteenths of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Stanley Road East Separate Rating District. comprising sections 3,4, 8, 10. VI. 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, of Block XL. section 22 of Block XII., and sections 23 and 24, of Block XV., fluiroa Survey District, such rate to lie for the year ending 31st March, 1916,. and to he payable in one sum on the 24th day of July.. 1915, at the County Office.
