LOSS OF SUBMARINE.

Amsterdam, June 27
A German submarine, after leaving Emden to put out to sea on Tuesday, exploded. The cause is not known. The submarine sank. The commander and two members of the crew in the turret were saved, and the remainder are reported to be drowned.

London, June 26
' During the week ending June 23 there were 1469 arrivals and departures. Three vessels aggregating 52G1 tons were torpedoe and also two fishing vessels.
DERNBURC'S MOVEMENTS. (Received 9.35 a.m.) Copenhagen, June 27. Herr Dernburg interviewed at Christiania, gladly admitted that he had been splendidly treated in British waters and added smilingly:"They can be gentlemen over there." Dernburg's return is commented on in the German press somewhat coolly, implying that his mission is regarded as having failed.
