Stewards’ Stakes Handicap, of 250 sovs, one mile.—7 His Eminence 9.0 1. 6 Black Heart 9.0 2, 3 Diavolo 9.13 3. Won by a neck. Time Imin 47 2-ssec.

Napier Steeplechase Handicap, of 500 sovs., about three miles.—2 Glenmore 11.2 1, 4 Bollin 9.10 2, 5 Naupata 9.7 3. The placed horses were the only one to finish. Won by a neck. Time 6min 44«ec.

At a meeting in Waverley yesterday, the Egmout-Waverley Hunt Club decide to hold a race meeting at Waverley on August '26. A programme providing £B(X) prize money was drawn up, and will be submitted to the Metropolitan Club for approval.
