The championship for highest aggregate points in classes 8,9, and 12, resulted as follows. First £SO, medal, second £7, third £2;— Cardiff 284 - Kaupokonui 283 Dalefield 2521 The gold medal for the highest scoring South Island factory was won by Taieri and Peninsula with 941 points, and the challenge cup for the highest score in classes 8 and 9 was annexed by Hawera with 951 points. Hawera won this last year, and therefore the handsome challenge cup,. valued at £25, presented by the New Zealand Shipping Company, becomes its property.
