Danish 146 s to 119 s, New Zealand 140 s, 1425, and Up to Ills; Australian I3(>s to 110 s; Siberian 138 s to 1325; Irish Creamery 136» to 138 s; Argentine 136 a to 138 s. Cheese.—The market is quiet, and prices have declined further lor Colonial and United States cheese. About the beginning of the week, prices declined sharply, but the market closed firmer, and the price for New Zealand advanced from Is to 2s. Since the day before yesterday, Canadian has been quiet: White 92s to 945, colored 90s to'92s. -New Zealand improved in demand: White. 92s to 945, colored 90s to 935. United States, in fair demand. White 90s to 925, colored 88s to 90s. according to quality and size. Hemp.—The market is< steady, but the demand is only moderate. New Zealand good, fair grade 232 10s, fair £3O 10s, fair current Manila £-38 10s. A forward shipment from New Zealand good to fair £3l 15s, fair £29 10s. Manilt £3B. The output from Manila for the week was 24,000 bales. It is impossible to forecast the prospects for hemp, but a little change in'values for «ome time is anticipated. Wheat.—During the last week the market has been active, but is now somewhat steadier. Wool.—The market is strong and prices for fine wools have advanced sharply.
