The High Commissioner reports:— North of PrasnysK on Saturday there were furious enemy attacks with heavy losses. Hast of the Mlawa railway we compelled the enemy to abandon the offensive. In the region of Starozehy, the enemy, suffering severe losses, fell back to his original position. In the Moirfciska region, there were heavy enemy losses on Friday and Saturday, and the offensive was not resumed. On I Friday the Russian cavalry charged the enemy, who crossed the Dneister, making 20U prisoners and sabred 500. Rome, June 14.

Important positions which the Italians took on Saturday were attacked, but the enemy was everywhere repulsed. The Italian offensive in the Npjoja zone was rapid and successful, and Valentina Pass was occupied. In some ol the frontier districts the enemy entrenchments, barracks, and observation stations were destroyed. Since Saturday the Italians bombarded Malborgetto fortress, and the upper part was set alight and the ammunition stores exploded. On Friday the Italians succeeded in interrupting the railway between Gori/.a and Monlalcone.
