THE TROUBLED BALKANS. ALBANIANS PROCLAIM REPUBLIC. CHOLERA TAKES A HAND. [Dnitbd Febm Amooiatioh.j (Received 11.35 a.m.) Rome, .June 11. The Serbians occupied Tirana and are now advancing on Durazzo. Albanian insurgents have proclaimed a republic. Bosnian deserters report that cholera is assuming vaster proportions than last summer in eastern Hungary, Transylvania and Halida, and there are many cases at Vienna, where there is some panic.
