Hundreds are dying daily for want of proper attention, contagious diseases having assumed the magnitude of an epidemic. CONSTANTINOPLE UNREST PEACE PARTY MAKE HEADWAY [Unitod Pbem Association.] (Received 9.10 a.m.) Paris, June 10. The correspondent of Havas Agency at Athens says that the departure of German families from Constantinople is regarded as an indication that they are becoming concerned as to the position of the Turkish Arqjy. The peace party is gaining headway, and a movement is afoot to replace the Cabinet with Tewfik Pasha as Grand Vizier.
