The Echo de Paris correspondent at Salonica represents that oAving to the uncertainty about Rouinania and the stubborn attacks of the Allies at GiilHpoli, the Committee of Union and Progress, with the German officers' approval, have decided to abandon operations in Egypt and Persia and concentrate alHtheir forces on the Dardanelles defence. THE SULTAN OFFERS TO RESIGN. Constantinople, June 9. The Sultan,has declared he will resign when requested and leave Constantinople.
