SERIOUS RIOT IN CEYLON. 1 NITHU ?BtM A* l *' I * >-<OF Colombo, June 6. Martial law has been proclaimed in Ceylon. Disturbances between the Singalese and Moor Men originated over holiday lestivities at Kandy. I Troops at Colombo were called out and order was restored. No Europeans were injured.
