The military plans are being co-ordinated to that end. The despatch adds that ltou'mania has agreed to cede Dubrudja to Bulgaria. NOTE FROM THE ENTENTE. SATISFACTORY TO BULGARIANS. Amsterdam, June 4. A telegram to the Cologne Gazette states there is no denying that a feeling of satisfaction prevails in Government circles at Sofia in connection with the Note which the Quadruple Entente presented to Bulgaria last Saturday.
