TRADE WITH THE ENEMY. United Pbim Asbooiation. Shanghai, June 1. The British Chamber of Commerce passed a resolution regretting the Imperial Government had tactily sanctioned trading with the enemy. China urged an amendment of the regulations to preclude this.
