PRZEMYSL'S POSITION. BESIEGED BY ONE MILLION. Times and Sydney Bun Hervioh. (Received 8 a.m.) London, .June 1. Pefcrograd reports that one million Austro-Clermaiis are concentrated on 170 square miles and are menacing Przemysl. The besiegers are northeast and south-east of the town, heing separated by 20 miles of country. If they join they will surround the foVtressjtyut their movements are hampered, by the necessity of meowing onslaughts from the north, butt, and south.
