ANXIETY FOR NEUTRALITY NATIONAL SERVICE ADVOCATED Times and Sydney Sun Service. (Received 8.0 a.m.) London, May 31. The Times' correspondent at Amsterdam says Holland is uneasy at the spread of the war, and is doubtful 'if her army is sufficient for her safety. Leading men are advocating universal service. Six hundred thousand will bo necessary to preserve neutrality.
