Dr. Dillon (.the war correspondeut) writing from Rome, says that Italy's decision, coupled with the consolidation of the Russian forces in the Carpathians, will have the effect of sweeping away all doubt and hesitation by lioumania. If Koumania intervened at present, their action would turn the recent Austro-German successes in the Carpathians into a terrible disaster. London, May 25. The correspondent of the Daily Chronicle at Bucharest says the Roumanian Government is negotiating with the Allies. Cheat enthusiasm prevails.
