FLOWER OF THE ARMY. TURKISH CORPS AT GALLIPOLI. YOUNG TURKS RISE IN MUTINY. United Pbxbs Abhociation. (Recoivced 8.55 a.m.) i Athens, May 25. The Turks' first Army Corps, the 'flower of the Army, has been sent to Gallipoli. The i newspaper "Preporitz" reports a mutiny among the Young Turks against the German officers at Echanak Kalesse. There were several Moody engagements and' many mutineers were killed. Others were conveyed to Constantinople. BLACK SEA OPERATIONS. TURKISH SUBMARINE'S CLAIM. SINKING OF RUSSIAN SHIP. (Received 9.40 a.m.) Amsterdam, May 25. An official message from Constantinople states that a Turkish suhmarine sank a Russian armoured ship in the Black Sea. RETURNS FROM EGYPT. (Received 9.50 a.m.) Melbourne, May 2G. Four hundred and eleven contingenters, including six officers, returned by the Ceramic from Egypt. Most of the men are medically unfit. No deaths occurred on the voyage, and all are progressing favourably. One hundred and thirty New Zealanders are included in the party.
