AN ACT OF ANNOYANCE. TURKS SEIZE RAILWAY TRUCKS. ( H NIT ED Phew ASSOCIATION. (Received *J a.ra.) Sofia, May 23. Turks, who were in need of military transports, seized one hundred Bulgarian railway trucks, Turkey conveying the goods of Bulgarian merchants. The Bulgarian Government has made representations to The Porte. BRITISH OFFICIAL VISIT. Times and Sydney Sun Service. London, May 21. The Times’ Sofia, correspondent says a British destroyer arrived at Dedeagatch, and the commander visited the head of the Bulgarian troops. It is believed the visit is in connection with an important military communication.
