REVIEW OF THE FLEET. Dnitid Prfm Ahkouatto* Now York, May 19. President Wilson reviewed the warships of all classes lying in the Hu i son fiiver on the eve of their departure on manoeuvres off the Atlantic coast. A parade was held in the city streets, and such popular enthusiasm has not been witnessed since Admiral Dewey's victorious fleet returned. Elaborate precautions were taken to guard the life of the President, t'i<; warmth of whose reception is regarded as showing a solidarity of the nation for his policy. SUBMARINE CAMPAIGN SUSPENDED. (Received 8.35 a.m.) New York, May 19. It is reported in Washington that Germany suspends the submarine campaign pending a reply to President Wilson's Note.
