The Stratford Hibernians met the Eltham Hibernians at a card tournament last evening, and the, match resulted in a win for Stratford by the narrow ' margin of one game. 1 lay started at 8 o’clock and was kept up till about 10 o’clock, when the Eltham members entertained Stratford to supper. Bro. Kilbrido: persided over about 30 ,and several toasts were gone through. Songs and recitations were given by Bros. Reardon, G. Halpiuj Fitzgerald, Mulvey, ■ Whitford atul Dore. An enjoyable evening was. concluded with the National Anthem.
