Mr: Deakin and Mr. Xeilsen had objected, and resigned in consequence. Mr. Watt bitterly attacked Mr. Mahon, saying it was a" endeavour to humiliate Mr. Deakin. Air Earle, Tasmania, suggested the "call" system was better. Mr rlolman thought -the suggestion an excellent one, but the public were not quite ready.
