THE AUSTRIAN CONCESSIONS. (TJmrav Panes Awsooiatkiw i Rome, May 11. The newspapers state that Signor Giollitti (the Premier) informed the King that he considered the concessions of Austria were satisfactory. The Corriere d'ltalia states that Austria offers to concede Trentino up to Menau, while the Istrian border will start from Goriis and go through Nabresf, near Trieste. Italy will bo given a free hand in South Albania. The newspaper Messagero states that supporters of Signor Giolitti are apt to forget that if she wins Austria will subsequently take hack what she conceded and if she loses the concessions will be valueless,
