That it be a Special Order, — riIHE Stratford County Council J- hereby authorises the raising of a loan of £IOO under the provisions of “The Local Bodies” Loans Act 1918,” by consent of ratepayers, for defraying the cost of constructing the Pembroke Road from the Barclay Road to the Forest Reserve; such loan to be for a period of 3(>i years. Section 52 and the western live acres of section 9, Block TV., Kanpokonui Survey District, to be the Special Rating District. The resolution instituting the above special order will be confirmed at a meeting of the Council to be hold on the 19th day of May, 1915, and shall take effect from and on that date. That it he a Special Order, — THE Stratford County Council hereby authorises the raising of a loan of £7OO under the provisions of “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913,” by consent of ratepayers, for defraying the cost of forming, grading, culverting and metalling the Ahnroa Road West from the end of the present metal to the Standish Road; such loan to be for a period of 3G.V years. Sections 11, 12. 13 and western half of 10, Block XY, Hniroa S.D., and the eastern half of section 11, northern 170 acres of 15 and western half of 16. Block 111, Ngaire S.D., to be the Special RatingDistrict.
