FRENCH WHEAT HARVEST. United Pbksb Association, (Received, 9.10 a.m.) Paris, May 7. There is sufficient wheat to meet icquirements until the harvest, but the Government, is requisitioning stocks to prevent an artificial advance. TELEGRAM FROM, THE KAISER. (Received 9.10 a.m.) Rome, May 7. The Kaiser telegraphs Prince Von Buelow that the English troops are useless, and that the Russians in the next, fortnight will: be expelled from Galicia, and the great German army will be seat against'ltaly'if she dares to move.
