ENFORCED MOBILISATION. Times and Sydney Sun Service. (iveceived S a.m.) London, May 3. The Times' correspondent at Sofia says extensive arrangements are being enforced for mobilisation throughout European Turkey. All the available men, including the refugees, have been called to the colors. The garrison at Adrianople have been sent to Koshau, north of the Gulf of Saros, where there is a great concentration of troops. Heavy guns from fort Papaztepe have been sent south, there being many mules with transports. Quickfirers have been collected at Demotika, and wire entanglements sent to Kechan. There will be double the troops if arms are available for the new levies.
