185 LIVING DESCENDANTS.
Mrs Eliza White died at Inverell. (N.S.W.), a few days ago at the agej of 91) years and 10 months. The late .Mrs White, up till last year, was in the habit of driving to Inverell by herself, a distance of 14 miles. Being' one of the very early settlers, she well j knew what pioneering hardships were, i She was born at Cambridge, England,! and was married in England to the late John White. In IS;" the pair! came out with their family to New South Wales, and settled in the .\inrrnrundi district. Jn 1575 they came up to Inverell, She was in possession 1 of all her faculties until the hour of; her death. Of her family, two sons and one daughter predeceased her, while her husband died 22 years ago. Six children survive their mother, j also fifl grandchildren. 10S children, and JS great-great-grand-j children.
