FARMERS’ FREEZING WORKS.
Farmers resident in the Cardiff district who do not already realise how very important to every one of them the scheme for providing a Farmers’ Co-operative Freezing Works is, will have an opportunity of learning more about the matter on Tuesday evening next, when a meeting is to he held in that centre.for the purpose of placing the scheme before them. The response to the invitation to take up shares is excellent all along the coast, and there is no possible reason why Stratford, Ngaere, Cardiff, and Midhirst should not respond equally well. The matter is really one oi vital importance to the whole of Taranaki, and must he of great benefit to the farmers individually. But they must wake up to the fact that the concern is intended to he their concern, and they ought to be part owners of it as a purely business proposition.
