I Mr .Massey (Premier) informed a I 'Post reporter that lie had received the 'following cablegram from Mr Clifton, '.representing the New Zealand GovernLent at the Panama Exposition, San Francisco :—"lt is observed here that some 3f>0,000 tons of wheat are said [to be in course of arrival at Yladivo*--tock for shipment to F.uropoV It is said ■that a large number of British ships have arrived at that port via the Panama Canal, and that there will be some delay experienced in loading, as there are but lew .facilities there for dealing with such cargoes, and that temporary wharves and moorings are dicing constructed."
