The stin rises to-day at G.-ll a.m. and sets at 5.19 p.m.; to-morrow, rises atj 0.12 a.m. and sets at 5. 1 S p.m. EXPECTED ARRIVALS. Alapourika, from South, to-day. Kurow, from Newcastle, to-day or Friday. Kini, from South, early. Rarawa, from North, Friday. The Kowhai arrived at 0.20 a.m. yesterday from Creymouth, and after j discharging 100 tons of coal, sailed at 7 p.m. for Onehunga. 'l’he Storm completed discharging' her cargo of lIS tons of coal yesterday! and sailed at -1.20 p.m. for Tarakohe. j The Ngahere, which was due at the Breakwater yesterday, with 500 tons of coal from Creymouth, was barbound and unable to leave the South-! ern port. The Poherua arrived at 12.10 p.m. I yesterday with cargo from Dunedin,' Oamaru, Timaru, Lyttelton, and Wellington. After discharging 900 tons here, the vessel sailed at 7 p.m. for Westport and Creymouth, The Poherua is commanded by Captain Scott, Captain Milton, who commanded the vessel on her last trip here having transferred to the Pukaki.
