IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by Sections 16 and 23 of “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913” the Whangainoinomi County Council hereby resolves, by way of Special Order, as follows: That for the purpose of providing the interest and sinking fund to secure the repayment of a loan or loans to lie raised under the provisions of the above mentionod Act for providing the funds for the reconstruction of bridges on roads in the Central Riding of the County of Whangamomoua, under the jurisdiction ,oi the Wbanganiomona Countj Council, the said Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one farthing (id) in the pound (to bo called a bridge rate) upon the capital value o: all the rateable property com prised within the Central Hidinj of the County of Whangamo inoua; and that such Specie Rate shall bo an annually recur ring rate during the curronm of .such loan or loans, and In payable half-yearly on the firs' day of January and the firs day of July in each and ever; year during flic currency of slid loan or loans (being a period o thirty-six and a-balf years h the case of each loan) or nnti such loan or loans are full; paid off.
